Who is responsible

SHAKEBANAN is the data controller for the personal data processed through this website.

What data

We process: your name and email address when you order, messages you send us, and technical data such as IP address, device and browser data and website usage data. The Play Corner for children does not ask for any personal data.

What for

To deliver your order and email the download link (performance of contract), to answer customer questions (performance of contract), to keep the website secure and prevent fraud (legitimate interest), and to improve the website (legitimate interest).

Who we share data with

With service providers who help us (hosting, email), with Paddle.com as Merchant of Record for sales, payment, taxes and invoicing, with professional advisers (such as an accountant), and with government authorities when required by law.

Transfers outside the EEA

Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case we ensure appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Retention

We do not keep data longer than necessary. We keep order data for as long as the law (such as tax retention obligations) requires; after that it is deleted or anonymized.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and you can withdraw any consent given. We respond within one month. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
