1. Who we are

This website and the digital products are offered by SHAKEBANAN. When you buy something or use this website, you enter into an agreement with SHAKEBANAN.

2. Acceptance

By continuing to use this website you agree to these terms.

3. Our products

We sell digital products, such as the ShakeBanan coloring book as a PDF. After payment you receive a download link. You get a personal, non-transferable license to use the product at home and print it for your own use.

4. What is not allowed

You may not use the website and products for unlawful purposes, fraud or spam. You may not resell, share or publicly distribute our products or infringe our intellectual property. You may not interfere with the security of the website, spread malware or scrape the website.

5. Intellectual property

ShakeBanan, the Fruit Friends, all illustrations, texts, the brand and the website remain the property of SHAKEBANAN.

6. Availability

We do our best, but we do not guarantee that the website will always work without interruptions or errors.

7. Payment and ordering

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, invoicing, taxes and refunds are subject to Paddle’s buyer terms: paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

8. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate your access in case of a serious breach of these terms, non-payment, risk of fraud or abuse, or repeated violations.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. This does not apply in case of fraud or where the law provides otherwise.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law.
